Gai Wu RFC is the first Development Club  to join the HKRFU and celebrated its 12^th year anniversary last season. 
The Club has one men’s teams in Division 2 and one women’s team. The Club have Chinese, Japanese and Korean players and aim to recruit more Asian players in Hong Kong.

Practice Schedule
Gai Wu will be practicing from 7:30 to 9:30 PM at The Causeway Bay Sports Ground on every Tuesday's and Thursday's. Starting from June 29. 
Games will be held on every Saturdays.
